Welcome to Island Pawprints! Whatever your business here today, we are really glad to have you here. We are a realistic literate all canine role play, and allow all sexualities, genders and breeds.
The plot is set on an unknown island, where tons of canines wake up in different parts of this place, not knowing how they got there, why they are there, and don't have any memory of what happened to them, the day before. All kinds of canines are here, all wondering and thinking. After awhile they form packs, and become somewhat adjusted here.
Yet there are legends passed from time to time. Creatures lurking in the sea, a strange monster on top of the huge sand mounds.. and probably the most terrifying... the beast in the cave. In all truth, this place is practically hell on earth.
Still.. they all hold the small hope that this won't be their home forever. All of them ask the same question.. will they ever escape?

••This Is Not A Scene Its a Nightmare ••Have a good idea for a thread? Does your character need a mate? Your pup need a new friend? Come here to make plots and plan them out.

••Tigory Beach ••Nicknamed Tig Beach, this is the main hot spot for all canines. Located on the North part of the island, there is a huge ocean that meets right up to the golden sandy shores of this beach. Many fish inhabit the waters.. but there may be something else too.
••Little Rock Mountains ••A few mossy covered mountains litter the island, they meet up to the Tig Beach, and are perfect place for hiding and playing on. Some rocks are extremely sharp, so we can't stress enough to not slip and fall..

••Great Sand Mounds ••There is about three or four large sand mounds, resembling hills. They're made up of the rich sand of the beach, and at the very top you can look out over the beach. But they are very, very dangerous to play on. Despite the dangerous conditions, there is an old myth that there is a creature way up at the top and comes out at nightfall. No canine has ever made the daring triuph. We doubt any canine ever will, unless they are stupid enough to wake the beast.
••With A Splash! ••If you go out deeper into the water, you will soon start to feel light headed, maybe even a weird sensation. The water's deep and dark and you can't touch the bottom. Hope you know how to swim..
••Jungle Edge ••The very edge of the entire jungle meets up at three beaches. In the edge, there are few trees, some even with fruit on them. The ground is extremely mossy and the air has the slightest scent of banannas to it.
••Lucifer's Jungle ••There is a reason it has this hell bound name. It's perfectly fine, for the most part, in the day.. but at night this jungle is hell bent with so messed up beyond relief sounds that almost any canine would be scared.
••Heart of the Jungle ••Tons and tons of plants and trees are in the heart of the jungle. Tangling together, growing in every direction.. these things are extremely over grown and very crazy.

••Green Shelter ••In the jungle, there are a few trees and mosses that form this large shelter. It's almost like a den. Big enough for about ten or fifteen canines, it's the ideal place for raising pups.

••Canopy Pathways ••Vines grow thick in this place, and weave over each other in a series of nets and pathways that snake through the jungle canopy. If a canine can find a route up, they can walk among treetops and spring down onto nets of foliage. This isn't the best place for old or extremely young animals, but it is a bit of a rush for those of a more daring and hardy persuasion.
••Southern Border ••On the south side of the island, the Malaki Pack roams the some what flat land, it has few trees and the ground is a mix of sand, grass, dirt and rock.

••Refreshing Creek ••A nice little creek runs through the mid-southern part of the island. For some odd reason, the water is extremely clean and refreshing.
••Shalker's Water ••Here, is a very small almost non-existant beach front. The sand is very golden, and the water more blue than any other beaches on the island. Vast fruits hang from the trees that provide excellent shade from the scorching sun.
••Fertile Hunting Grounds ••Off to the East side more or less, there is a small amount of flat land. If the canines are lucky, they can find a few bites of animal to hunt down for dinner. It's mainly under the Unbias Pack Territory, and intruders may face punishment if entered without permission.
••Independence Valley A beautiful Valley, sloping off a few hundred miles from the mountains, this Valley has long soft grass, inward toward the Earth, it's the perfect sleeping place.
••Hidden Rush Waterfall ••A stunning waterfall is hidden within the Island's depths. The Unbias Pack are the only ones who have claimed the land so far.. or.. are they?

••Detrimental Cave ••A dark, damp cave is visible on the Western part of the Island. Although, it seems harmless and maybe even an attractive sleeping place, the atmosphere is completely negative and almost scary. At night, it's so pitch black, you don't know where you are, who's by you.. or who's breath might be on your neck..

••Underground Meeting Place ••If you come to the large tree in the Dystopian Territory, you will see a hole. Canines squeeze through the hole to enter the underground meeting place. Surrounded by dirt walls, it's big enough for about six or seven canines to fit. The roots of the tree support the wall and sides, it's for the most part, perfectly safe.

••Hanalei Bay Beach ••The third main beach, the sand is practically all white. The waters are filled with washed up twigs, branches, and even plastic objects. This beach has a very gloomy feel to it.
