••Great Sand Mounds

••There is about three or four large sand mounds, resembling hills. They're made up of the rich sand of the beach, and at the very top you can look out over the beach. But they are very, very dangerous to play on. Despite the dangerous conditions, there is an old myth that there is a creature way up at the top and comes out at nightfall. No canine has ever made the daring triuph. We doubt any canine ever will, unless they are stupid enough to wake the beast.
