Sasha's ears twitched as the sound of waves came closer, had it been a dream? The whole days of searching for her family, was it all in vain? No, it couldn't be, everything felt so real. The pure white shepherd raised its head and slowly opened her misty eyes, she was near water. At first she thought it was the lake that she loved so much, but getting to her paws it never ended.

"What the..."

She said quietly, her ears laid flat on her head, and her tail stationary. It was to much for her to take in, where in the world was she? Had she died and went to the place called 'heaven'. For now she couldn't tell, thoughts swirled around her head, Where am I? How did I get here? Where the two most common thoughts, she needed answers for them.

"Hello!"

She howled, but there was no response. None at all, just the sound of waves she loved so much. Guess its just me and you out here... She thought to herself as she started down the length of the beach. Her paws felt warmed by the sand, then cooled by the water. She just wanted to jump in and cool off, but she was on a mission. She needed to find someone, even a human would suffice. But as she traveled further, she felt more and more distant from her goal.

"Is anyone there!"

She barked loudly, though she only heard her echo...

He felt the waves crash against him. It wasn't the first time he ended up on a beach with no explanation but this; he was suppose to be on a airplane to California instead he ended up on a beach. He smelt the salt order linger from the ocean and the sand partials stuck on to his tawny brown coat.

Otto's brown eyes opened wondering if he had passed out because of a airplane crash. He slowly and surely painfully got up. Walking a few steps down noticed not thing, no humans a few rocks hear and their but no humans or airplane. In the distance he heard a dog howling in questions. They both needed answer but what was he suppose to do? "Hello?, can you hear me?" Otto bolted out as the dog came in to hearing distance

As Otto sat for a moment to let the faction sink in, were they the only two on the island? or is there more dogs. He smiled happily as he sniffed the wonderful scent of female dog. Otto wasn't the one to lay back and let the girl do ALL the flirting but who was he to stop them from flirting? Not this handsome show stopping German Shepard.

Her ears shot straight up as she heard another voice, her heart started racing, for one thing, she wasn't alone on the island after all and for another the voice seemed to be male.

"Yes, I hear you!"

She barked, then without hesitation she started running, her nose was leading her to the brute, though when she saw his outlined body her heart skipped a beat. He was gorgeous! From where she stood, she couldn't find a thing wrong with him. The more she walked closer, the faster her heart seemed to thump in her chest, soon she was close enough to see the whole figure of the brute. She was in awe as her blue eyes scanned him

"Um... Hi..."

She barked as her tail slowly swayed behind her, she shuffled her paws in front of her and blinked several times, just to make sure she wasn't going crazy. Just as she hoped, this was real. He was real, and maybe, just maybe. She could be friends with him.

Her coat was covered with sand from her run over here Oh, how stupid I must look with all this sand on me! She panicked, she wanted to lick all the sand off and look like a pretty dog, even though that wasn't how she was and she thought that would look even more ridiculous.
