A E S O NSiberian Husky x Australian Shepherd , Two , Male . Past History; Born on the island.Island History; Droplets fell onto the cool stone of the cave floor, the hollow noise resounding through its lofty but cramped spaces. The shape of a dog seemed to materialize out of the darkness, leaving three dark mewling shapes in her wake. She would hunt to feed her three young sons. Later, she returned and discovered with horror that one of her sons had passed away. But two remained one slightly larger than his brother. Days went by, and the two young pups grew and developed. Their mother, the ever patient provider, kept them healthy and well; although something sickly still retained itself in one of the litter. Aeson was the stronger, larger, and healthier of the two; his mother’s pride and joy. Soon the three dogs were moving through the jungle, stalking the creatures that lurked in the darkness and steadily honing their skills. They were ruthless, but they had to be to survive. Aeson and his kin seemed to be going strong, but the cruel fate of the island would not allow such for long.
Wilderness takes its toll on even the strongest, and Aeson’s mother was no exception. One day while hunting, the victim of her endeavor struck back and crushed her forelimb. Unable to hunt, she began to rot away, crippled and starving. Aeson and his brother were forced to leave their mother to the island itself. But fate was not done yet, and soon only Aeson would remain standing. His brother ventured to the edge of a cliff one day, daring to try to track the movement of the prey through the thick forest and thinking the vantage point would allow this to come easier. The earth shook beneath his feet, and suddenly the edge of the cliff gave out beneath him. With a sharp yelp, Aeson’s brother plummeted to his death.
Aeson copped with it well as he had been raised to understand that he must be prepared to go it alone. Granted, he had been raised with the idea of safety in numbers; and preferred that over being alone. Aeson is able to survive well on his own on the island, and shall continue to do such for the time being.Personality; The island creates creatures that are unlike any seen in the domestic world, and Aeson could not escape the hand it dealt to all of its inhabitants. He, like all creatures, has the fight or flight instinct. And unfortunately to most he prefers to fight.
Fight;; Being the forerunner of his family, he learned that to get what he wanted he would need to fight for it. Whether the fight is directed at prey, other dogs, or simply to fight off nature’s grasping claw. Other attributes that accompany this need to fight are an intense anger and irritation that come on strong and quickly. Aeson is snappy and willing to jump to conclusions and violent actions. He is also one to defend others, brought on by tending to his mother and brother, and although he is quick to take action it is generally for the common good.
Think;; Reason generally rules his life, and he often times thinks over his actions, other than those dominated by anger or instinct, before choosing them. He is observant and patient, which provides for a great deal of his success in life on the island. Intelligence is a key attribute that needs to be perfected in order to last in the dog eat dog world, and fortunately enough, Aeson has it. However, even his deep thoughts are overridden by instinct meaning that the more feral aspects of him will emerge foremost.
Interaction;; Aeson thrives on interaction with other dogs, and is suited for pack life very well. He is a provider and will go to any length to prove his loyalty to those he comes into contact with. Although Aeson is requires this close knit bond, he is not the friendliest of sorts. He is rather gruff and impassive, and at times cruel but all the same he is a willing and able body.
Ability;; Perhaps his greatest attributes are that his natural tendency to work and move and protect. He has these abilities which allow him to provide a valuable amount of service to those who choose to surround themselves with him. He has the natural ability to lead and to gain respect.Other; Strengths: Leadership, speed, stamina, determination.
Weaknesses: Ability to communicate, anger, emotion.
Likes: Other dogs, water, sunlight, the jungle, leading, responsibility.
Dislikes: Heights, fear, lack of discipline, moral or physical weakness.
Goals: [UNITY] Aeson’s first and foremost is to find unity, as he wants to once again be a part of something but being rather picky, this could take time. Whether this ends up being a little group or a large pack, he is unsure of but he is making it his priority to find others to aid and to provide aid during this latest catastrophe.
[CONQUER] Aeson plans on overcoming his fear of heights, which developed shortly after his brother’s death. He understands that this will take time but he is willing to work on it in order to be without these useless and mind-numbing fears.
[BEFRIEND] Aeson plans on developing friendships with the other dogs, and although this could be a challenge since he is rather gruff and aloof, he believes it is quite possible for him to accomplish this one rather easily.
Desires: [LEAD] One of the most prominent things about Aeson is his strong desire to lead; he feels as though he would be well suited to being a pack leader and plans on attempting to accomplish such. Aeson feels that he has the ability just not quite the motive to do so just yet.
